Black Cat Baking Co. is a savory, bread focused bakery serving Charlotte, NC. We use only the finest, locally sourced ingredients and all of our products are hand made from scratch. With 40 cumulative years in the hospitality industry, we are proud to offer our family recipes and love of baking to the Carolinas.   In addition to bread, we also offer various buns, rolls, english muffins, challah, bagels as well as accompanying jams, spreads and cheeses.
